Project Commencement
It starts with a complimentary discovery call, where we talk through your space, your goals, and what matters most to you, so we can both be confident it's the right fit. If we move forward, the conversation turns to defining the scope of work, reviewing your investment, and clarifying priorities for the project. Once the proposal and design agreement are approved, the project officially begins with your deposit. From there, you're involved where it matters most, sharing your vision, your lifestyle, and any inspiration that speaks to you. I translate those insights into a clear, actionable design plan.
Design Development
Every option is vetted for aesthetics, quality, material integrity, and wellness-conscious considerations wherever available, before being presented to you as a curated selection. I refine it based on your input until everything feels right, and your approval is what moves the process forward. When a project involves a general contractor and trades, I collaborate with them on material selections and installation approach, visiting the site as needed to confirm what's feasible before work begins.
Project Fulfillment
Once items are approved, the work moves from planning to delivery.
I manage the ordering, tracking, and inspection of every item, along with installation and final styling. I also visit the site to confirm the work follows the design plan, so everything moves smoothly from delivery through completion. If you'd like a reveal, that's where it all comes together for the first time.
A final walk-through confirms every detail is complete, and the project closes with your final invoice and a digital Product Care Manual, so your home stays beautiful well after installation day.
