A Complete Kitchen Revival: Restored Flow & Gathering Space

A kitchen gut renovation paired with a bold spatial reconfiguration to create a home that flows and invites gathering.

This Craftsman-style home had a dated kitchen that felt isolated from the rest of the living space, and an oddly-proportioned living room that made furniture placement impossible. Rather than work around these constraints, we reimagined the entire layout: gutting the kitchen, removing a wall to open it into the dining area, and strategically swapping the living and dining rooms to create better flow and proportion.

The result is a home that finally works the way it's supposed to, where cooking, dining, and gathering feel effortless. The cabinetry reflects the home's Craftsman roots and the lighting carries an Arts and Crafts influence, layered with transitional furnishings for a result that feels livable and timeless.
